If you had the power to change the world, what changes would you make? And, how would you go about it? For each of us, changing the world means changing our thoughts. Ted McGrath, Founder and CEO of RiZe Global, has developed a system which provides a map to navigate through the maze through Life Coaching.
How many thoughts do you have on a daily basis? Science tells us 65,000 thoughts, average of 111,000,000 bits of info per second. That’s a lot to deal with, right?
So, with all this information, how do you make sense of your life? Like a swarm of bees, thoughts keep coming around and sometimes stinging you. In other words, some of the “bees” are “negative” thoughts. You are getting stung, and the question becomes how do you make sense of it all. And when you have the negative thoughts, how do you discover what impact they are making on your life? And when you discover that , how do you change that? RiZe Global’s processes with Life Coaching can help you breakthrough.
Here’s the map — 65,000 thoughts boil down to only five basic categories. Ta Da! RiZe Global’s Life Coaching Courses identify them as the Five Driving Needs. It’s one of these Five Needs that are determining all your decisions on a daily basis! Therefore, awareness of these needs is critical in determining your success.
* Safety = we want to be comfortable
* Variety = we want life to be fresh and new
* Respect = we want to feel important, appreciated, significant
* Relationship = we want to feel love, connection, belonging
* Life Purpose = we want to realize our potential, grow & contribute to others
To gain the leverage you need to change your life, the journey begins with the awareness of where you are now.
“I’m starting with the man in the mirror… If you wanna have a better life, take a look at yourself and make that change.”
- Lyrics from Micheal Jackson’s The Man in the Mirror, written by Siedah Garret & Glen Ballard

I’d never thought of variety as being a specific need. I knew about the others. It’s all part of the continuous need for renewal.
